Why do you offer some retreats with an additional coach?
An additional coach sits in on most joint sessions and provides extra perspective, insight, and help. Also, when individual sessions are required each partner has the opportunity to use that time working with a coach. Because of scheduling limitations, the availability of co-coaching retreats are limited and usually require more advance notice for scheduling.

How much time of actual coaching will we receive?
Couples who attend a retreat facilitated by Tim Tedder alone will recieve 15 hours of direct coaching. This includes both joint and individual sessions. Couples who attend a retreat with an addtional facilitator can expect 20 hours of direct coaching, some of which may be happening concurrently (one partner meets with Tim while the other partner meets the other coach). Note: If all scheduled coaching hours are hot utilized during the retreat, they will be credited toward additional follow-up video sessions.
