Retreat Application

The Marriage ICU Retreat application process is free, easy, and private. Simply click the button below to request your application and then ask your partner to do the same. [Time required: 15-20 minutes]
Please note: We will not process applications until BOTH partners have completed their form, so be sure to have your spouse/partner come to this page (AffairHealing.com/retreat-application) and submit their application. Once both applications have been received, they will be reviewed by Tim Tedder and he will follow up with next steps.
