Remembering the Good in Your Relationship
This is an individual exercise for anyone who’s so focused on the current struggles of a marriage or relationship that they’ve lost sight of what is good about it.
We sometimes spend so long focused on the disappointments and shortcomings in a relationship that we fail to remember or recognize what still has value. Almost without recognizing it, we become critical or resentful of our partners. This exercise attempts to help you recall what was/is good about the person you fell in love with.
