Tim Tedder, MA, LMHC
For over 20 years, I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping individuals and couples heal and rebuild after the trauma of infidelity. My own journey through personal failure and transformation led me to this work—one that is rooted in my deep belief that everyone has the potential to heal, change, and grow after an affair.
My approach is grounded in compassion, truthfulness, and practical guidance. I employ a range of therapeutic approaches, primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy, to address each client's unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from betrayal, facing the consequences of an affair, or working together as a couple to restore trust, my goal is to provide a safe space for honest conversations, deep understanding, and meaningful change.
In addition to personal coaching (and counseling to Indiana residents), I offer a range of online courses designed to provide affordable, accessible support to clients worldwide. My podcast, "The Recovery Room," and my written resources are provided as tools to help people navigate the complexities of affair recovery.

What Clients Say…
-
We’re celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary tomorrow and we’ve been talking about all the ups and downs over the decades, the gratitude we have for the life and relationship we’ve sustained… and our conversation came back to you more than once. I just wanted to tell you we are still so grateful for you. You were such a critical part of us surviving together, and we still utilize a lot of the tools you gave us so many years ago. Thanks again!

My husband, family and I have benefited greatly from Tim's life experience and wisdom. His effectiveness would certainly be lessened without his ability to relate to us through his own life experience. We are so grateful for the journey we are on, and would be in a completely different place... and not a good one... without the guidance we received from him.

Just a note to say how thankful we are to have found you. We appreciate your guidance as you've walked through this with us. Our marriage has become more than I could've asked or thought. Thanks for being a significant part of our second chance.
