We often overlook the ways our past experiences, particularly those from our family in childhood, influence how we experience emotions and relationships today. I know, it all sounds like a bunch of psycho-babble. I thought that once, too, until I began to finally understand why certain patterns existed in my life. Since then, I’ve seen the same reality in the lives of my clients.
