Affair healing Blog
We’ve been relatively quiet during the past 2-3 years. Whether you’ve followed us for years or are relatively new to the Affair Healing community, it’s fairly obvious that we’ve been giving attention to other things.
THAT'S ABOUT TO CHANGE!
To be clear, the three of us - me (Tim), Sharon, and Jennifer - have remained busy with the coaching and counseling we provide to clients. But all the important “other stuff” got pushed aside during the past few years of changes: opening new practices, moving to new homes, COVID, family illnesses and deaths, and other significant life changes.
Recently, I left the counseling practice I’d been part of since moving to Indiana. I did this to allow more time for developing new affair healing resources: podcasts, courses, news, activities, and an active online community. New content will be announced in this blog and in our newsletter as it becomes available.
Want a taste for what’s coming? Here’s a tease for the release of the next Recover Room podcast...
This website has been offering a growing catalog of online resources since 2009, but very little has been added during the past 5 months. What's going on? Let me explain...
If you were a regular listener to our podcasts, you may remember an update that Sharon and I sent out last summer explaining that we were moving from Florida to Indiana at the end of the summer to be closer to family. We expected the actual move to take about a month.
Things don't always go as planned.
In July 2019, Sharon and I (Tim Tedder) will be moving and establishing local counseling offices in the Indianapolis area. Jennifer will be maintaining a counseling presents in central Florida. Why is this happening and what does it mean for AffairHealing.com and its resources?
NOTE: This single post actually includes the content of multiple post previously uploaded. Each tells a different part of the Affair Healing origin story. They have been combined and edited into a single post for the pupose of space & convenience. --Tim Tedder
In The Beginning...
If I went back more than 20 years ago, there is nothing about my present life that I would have predicted. My wife, my career, the direction of my passions... all these present realities are only part of my story because I had an affair.
