This course includes four 50-minute coaching sessions with Tim Tedder. The placement for each session is clearly marked in the course, along with links for flexible scheduling during weekdays. You may want to schedule your first session soon.

Here’s what each coaching session will cover:

Session One: Learning your story, your needs, and reviewing Steps 1-3.

Session Two: Reviewing Steps 4-5.

Session Three: Reviewing Steps 6-7 and the transition section (“Let’s Think about Change”)

Session Four: Reviewing Steps 8-9 and preparing for the final step.

You will do Step 10 and the What’s Next? section on your own.
